This website is operated by Waverley Distillery. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Waverley Distillery. Waverley Distillery offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Persons must be over 18 years of age to purchase from the Waverley Distillery Distilling website. Proof of age will be required at point of delivery.
